  "MY CREATIVITY IS LIKE A WATERFALL. IT CAN BE DAMNED, BUT IT CANNOT BE DAMMED" -Ione Citrin  "THE FALLS" Oil on Canvas 46"H X 46"W  I enjoyed painting these falls. They are a combination of all the waterfalls I’ve seen during my extensive travels all over the world. Big waterfalls are definitely a tourist attraction, so wherever I toured, from Niagara Falls to Victoria Falls, they were a high point of my trip and my memories. I didn’t have to look at a photograph to paint this picture. The memories are so riveted in my sub-conscious that I just began painting and improvising and after much trial and error….out came “The Falls”! Amazing what you can squeeze out of your memories/imagination when you open the gate and let them out and then play with them.
